Anugraha Valve Castings Limited, a steel foundry based in Coimbatore, was established in August 1992 and specialises in manufacturing and exporting industrial valve castings ranging from 0.5" to 32", in both raw and fully machined form, serving the engineering, petroleum, oil & refinery, chemical and gas sectors worldwide. The company runs four foundries and at least one modern machine shop across more than 26,945 sq. m, with annual capacity of around 15,000 MT. Quality control relies on equipment including induction furnaces ranging from 350 to 5,000 kg, hydrostatic test rigs, radiography, and a fully equipped lab with spectrometers and tensile, hardness and impact testing systems. Operations run on SAP ECC 6.x (implemented via Wipro), supported by MAGMA6 simulation software for casting optimisation. Anugraha holds certifications including ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018, along with approvals under OHSAS 18001, PED, AD 2000-Merkblatt W0, and marine and oil-and-gas classification standards such as DNV-GL, ABS, RINA and NORSOK.
