Fincare Small Finance Bank Limited

Fincare Small Finance Bank began banking operations in May 2017 as a small finance bank, running its retail business across treasury, corporate banking, wholesale banking and retail banking segments. Its offerings include savings and current accounts, fixed and recurring deposits, retail term deposits, NRI services, and WhatsApp, mobile and internet banking, alongside a loan book covering micro loans, housing, two-wheeler loans, loans against property and gold, and institutional finance. The bank's customer base leans heavily toward unbanked and under-banked segments, particularly in rural and semi-urban India, and it uses technology to reach these markets. Its physical and digital footprint spans 528 banking outlets, 219 business-correspondent outlets and 108 ATMs across 16 states, covering 192 districts and 38,809 villages. Fincare was earlier registered as an NBFC-MFI under the name Disha Microfin Limited. It acquired the micro-finance operations of Future Financial Services Pvt. Ltd and later took on the Fincare Small Finance Bank name once it received RBI's in-principle approval.
