About NCL Holdings

NCL Holdings (A&S) Limited, incorporated on 5 January 2018 (CIN: U68100TG2018PLC121664) and headquartered in Hyderabad, was originally set up as a holding company to acquire the non-building-materials business of NCL Buildtek Ltd, through a scheme of arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal on 24 January 2019. Its core purpose is holding and managing investments in corporate and non-corporate entities involved in manufacturing, trading and services. Group companies under NCL Holdings include NCL Green Habitats Pvt Ltd (real estate and land/farm purchase and development), Eastern Ghat Renewable Energy Company (hydropower generation), Sun Crop Sciences Pvt Ltd (agro-seeds, R&D and distribution), and Kakatiya Industries Pvt Ltd (chemicals and a hydropower division).
